Workshops give you a chance to take your practice a little deeper – combining the ‘why,’ i.e. a mental understanding of a concept, with the ‘what,’ or how your body experiences the concept in practice. In this format, you have a chance to ask questions, focus on specific topics, and adjust an area of your yoga to best support where you are and where you want to be.
